Job Summary
A cybersecurity company has a current position open for a Remote Cybersecurity Customer Success Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Owning post-sales relationships with a portfolio of our largest Customers
- Defining success criteria, sharing best practices and creating innovative solutions
- Working side by side with our customers strategically and tactically to resolve their unique problems
Qualifications for this position include:
- Possess a Customer-centric approach; you enjoy working with Customers and establishing strong relationships
- Prior experience in a Customer Success Manager role or related field services
- Adept at managing Customer expectations that results in high customer satisfaction
- Proven technical skills. Ability to understand Customer’s challenges and advise on best practices
- Experience with Scalyr or other log analytics tools like Splunk or Elastic, SQL, Tableau, Microsoft Power BI
- Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
