Job Summary
A privately-held cybersecurity solutions provider is seeking a Remote Cybersecurity Education Specialist in Overland Park.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Participate in quality checks of eLearning and simulated phishing deliverables
- Perform course and platform troubleshooting and conduct research for content development
- Collaborate with other team members and subject matter experts
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Travel Required: 0 - 9%
- Prior experience in learning and development field required. Prior experience in cybersecurity not necessary
- Ability to utilize adult learning theory best practices to construct clear, concise storyboards and accompanying scripts
- Ability to design functioning eLearning that includes content pages, text, graphics, audio, and an assessment
- Ability to design functioning eLearning that contains interactive exercises, and liberal use of multimedia (audio, video, animations)
