Job Summary
A cybersecurity company is seeking a Remote Cybersecurity Human Resources Generalist.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Facilitating data within our HRIS, Paylocity, ensuring accuracy, system optimization and employee experience
- Tracking, streamlining, and auditing of the employee life cycle from hire to retire
- Being a vital resource ensuring excellent employee experience through conducting new hire orientations, employment verifications, etc
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Minimum of either 1+ year experience as a generalist or 2+ years experience as a coordinator in HR
- Knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
- A love for organization and continuous improvement
- An eye for detail and the ability to see the big picture, suggesting solutions to issues that could arise down the road
- A joy for taking on special projects and a tenacity for finishing what you start
- Understands and applies a level of confidentiality crucial to a successful People Operations dept
