Job Summary
A chemical company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Cybersecurity Operations Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Leading 24x7 SOC function by providing operational and strategic direction to leadership
- Ensuring timely reporting of metrics, security control gaps, vulnerabilities to leadership
- Conducting assessments of threats and vulnerabilities
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Electrical Engineering or "STEM" Majors
- 10-15 years in IT related roles and 5-8 years of experience in at least two security operations disciplines
- Strong understanding of the Microsoft 365 security stack including Azure private cloud
- Knowledge and demonstrated competency of using the MITRE ATT&CK framework
- Knowledge of cyber attackers
- Skill in protecting a network against malware
