Job Summary
A computer security company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Cybersecurity Project Manager II.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Managing and overseeing all aspects of a project
- Building and growing relationships with both technical staff and business management
- Conducting frequently recurring calls with each of their customer accounts
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent experience
- Experience managing multiple projects in parallel with a minimum of 2-4 years experience
- Experienced working in a Professional Services, Customer Success or Consulting setting
- Familiar with billing and revenue recognition
- Strong personal drive for ensuring customer success with a proactive focus
- Strong background in a dynamic, problem solving, customer service environment
