Job Summary
A cybersecurity company is in need of a Remote Cybersecurity Regional Sales Director.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Hiring, leading and mentoring a team of Inside and Field Account Executives
- Defining territory sales goals with leadership team and implement processes
- Creating strategies and develop materials necessary to accelerate customer acquisition
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Actively participate in customer onsites, calls, and any other assistance
- Robust Salesforce.com analysis and reporting and forecasting skillset
- 1-2 years experience managing, hiring and training Inside and Field Account Executives
- 7+ years closing experience in a B2B technical sale, preferably in the information security industry
- Experience with building, managing and guiding Sales teams towards set goals
- Ability to provide and receive feedback professionally
