Remote Cybersecurity Sales Director

Job Summary

A company specializing in cybersecurity is filling a position for a Remote Cybersecurity Sales Director.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Developing & implementing plans to ensure top of funnel pipeline coverage of at least 3.5x quota
• Establishing sales training programs to train new and existing employees
• Mentoring underperforming team members to get them ramped up and successful quickly

Required Skills:

• 3+ years leading sales teams responsible for 5M or more of new ARR bookings annually
• Experience leading teams in higher velocity sales cycles
• Experience with the channel sales motion & developing the partnership between the sales & channel teams
• Managed fully dispersed teams, both remote & in-person
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent leadership skills with exceptional interpersonal skills
