Job Summary
A cybersecurity software development firm is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Cybersecurity Software Associate Customer Success Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Managing client portfolios for a specific region/sector
- Managing the onboarding process, drive product adoption while improving health score
- Identifying and working with the Sales team to close expansion opportunities
Qualifications for this position include:
- 2+ years of work experience in a relevant technical customer-facing role
- Cyber Security or Computer Science degree
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer first attitude with a passion for service
- Demonstrable project management and leadership qualities
- Must be comfortable presenting and explaining technology to both technical and non-technical audience
