Job Summary

A software technology company is in need of a Remote Cybersecurity Software Renewals Specialist.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Working with Sales Operations/Finance/Deal Desk counterparts
  • Researching customer license purchase and renewal history
  • Being a trusted resource for Sales on all things Sales Process

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or relevant experience
  • 3 years of experience in Renewals, Sales Operations, Account Management, or Customer Success
  • Relevant industry experience: High Tech, SaaS, Cybersecurity preferred
  • Previous experience managing SaaS Subscription renewals process ideal
  • Experience and proficiency with MS Excel
  • Prior experience using Salesforce.com and/or Salesforce CPQ (SteelBrick)
