Job Summary
An information technology company specializing in cybersecurity is in need of a Remote Cybersecurity Space Customer Success Representative.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Identify new business opportunities by creating and implementing email and other campaigns
- Reach out to prospective leads to convert them into paying customers
- Nurture existing customer relationships and resolve customer issues
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 2+ years of relevant B2B customer success or sales experience with international clients
- Experience with Salesforce or an analogous CRM system
- Solid understanding of IT industry and technologies
- Fluent English, both spoken and written
- Outstanding communication & team working skills
