Qualifications Include:

  • 2+ or more total years of work experience at an enterprise software company
  • 1+ years of experience managing projects in support of a great customer experience
  • Genuine interest in learning about Cybersecurity and delivering on an outstanding experience
  • Advanced in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines while being extremely organized and detail-oriented
  • Experience using Totango, Gainsight or other Customer Success software
