Job Summary

A biotechnology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Cybersecurity Training and Resilience Specialist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Leading the company's Resilience Program
  • Developing metrics programs to demonstrate value of the Resilience Program
  • Collaborating across all business groups and sites to support awareness

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Experience in instructional/interaction design, user experience/human factors, or behavioral sciences
  • Experience working with a Learning Management System (LMS), data analytics tools, or PowerPoint
  • Experience in the development and support of training and/or resilience programs
  • Experience in course and curriculum development
  • Foundational understanding of security-related threats and risks
