Job Summary
A professional services provider is seeking a Remote Cybersecurity Training Customer Renewal Specialist.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Negotiating with customers on opportunities to prevent churn and secure optimal terms
- Managing all opportunities within assigned customer portfolio
- Employing pricing strategies that meet the Company's standards, policies, and procedures
Required Skills:
- Experience with Gmail and Google Docs
- Experience with MS Office (Word and Excel)
- Experience with web browsers (Chrome, Internet Explorer, etc.)
- Familiarity with standard concepts, practices and procedures within the IT Security Field
- Strong verbal and written communications
- Excellent time management and organization skills
