Job Summary
A professional services provider is filling a position for a Remote Cybersecurity Training Platform Customer Revitalization Director.
Must be able to:
- Hire, fire, discipline, and promote subordinate Customer Revitalization Managers
- Successfully manage recoveries of lapsed Enterprise renewals
- Develop a strong team of world class subordinates
Qualifications for this position include:
- Experience with Gmail and Google Docs
- Experience with MS Office (Word and Excel)
- Previous sales or negotiation experience
- Experience with web browsers (Chrome, Internet Explorer, etc)
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM
- Familiarity with standard concepts, practices and procedures within the IT Security Field
