Job Summary

A professional services firm has a current position open for a Remote D365 Business Central and Nav Functional Support Consultant.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Delivering day-to-day client support services for Microsoft NAV / D365 Business Central
• Troubleshooting client’s software/system issues and complex technical problems
• Properly documenting and providing solutions, or routes for advanced technical support

Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent industry experience
• 5 years experience with Microsoft NAV/D365 BC
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills
• Ability to manage multiple requests with varying levels of importance and criticality
• Strong organizational, problem solving, troubleshooting, and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
