Job Summary
A technology services company has a current position open for a Remote DaaS Migration Deskside Support Technician.
Must be able to:
- Migrate End Users from a standard Windows desktop into a Desktop-as-a-Service environment
- Utilize Desktop Remote Control tools
- Utilize a knowledge management system to assist in diagnosing and resolving user-reported incidents
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- High school diploma and/or GED certificate
- Experience with migrating end users from a standard desktop to a DaaS environment
- 5+ years experience with 3 years or more in a desktop/helpdesk senior role
- 1+ years experience supporting users in a help desk ticketing system environment
- Microsoft Operating Systems experience
- Microsoft Office suites
