Job Summary

A technology services company has a current position open for a Remote DaaS Migration Deskside Support Technician.

Must be able to:

  • Migrate End Users from a standard Windows desktop into a Desktop-as-a-Service environment
  • Utilize Desktop Remote Control tools
  • Utilize a knowledge management system to assist in diagnosing and resolving user-reported incidents

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • High school diploma and/or GED certificate
  • Experience with migrating end users from a standard desktop to a DaaS environment
  • 5+ years experience with 3 years or more in a desktop/helpdesk senior role
  • 1+ years experience supporting users in a help desk ticketing system environment
  • Microsoft Operating Systems experience
  • Microsoft Office suites
