Job Summary
An integrated communications and collaborations solutions provider is seeking a Remote DaaS Partner Technical Support Representative.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Utilize your strong communication skills by acting as a client/partner resource
- Utilize your knowledge of Citrix Server Management and Windows Server Management to solve partner and end-user issues
- Improve system performance by identifying problems and recommending changes
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- We are looking for candidates who are open to occasional travel to our Sarasota Headquarters typically at least once a quarter
- Prior Technical help desk experience or VoIP experience
- Prior experience working and supporting Windows Server Management in the areas of Active Directory, Terminal Services, and File Management
- Strong verbal communication and phone soft skills are necessary
- Associate Degree in Technology (networking or comparable experience), highly desirable
