Job Summary
A dairy manufacturer and distributor has a current position open for a Remote Dairy Manufacturer Field Sales Trainer.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Providing subject matter expertise on the Sales Center of Excellence for WinField United team and owners
- Partnering with the commercial sales team to drive alignment to the new selling approach
- Reviewing assessment of all retail sellers within an owner
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture or Business in Sales, Communications, Education, Organizational Effectiveness, or relevant field
- 5+ years in Talent Development, Sales Consulting and/or Sales Management
- Strong knowledge of training concepts and adult learning principles
- Deep understanding and passion for Behavioral Training, Relationship Management, Culture Development, and Change Management
