A healthcare business and operations provider is in need of a Remote Data Abstractor II in San Antonio.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Completing abstraction process for assigned facility
• Reviewing medical records
• Resolving errors resulting in the rejection of records from the data entry system

Position Requirements Include:

• Completion of a certified coding or nursing program
• 1-3 years in Health Information Management
• Undergraduate degree in a healthcare related field required
