Working remotely, the full-time Remote Data Analyst will collaborate with a team to assess processes and data maturity, identify data requirements, and evaluate reporting tools while providing actionable insights based on complex data analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with analysts to assess processes and recommend integration and automation solutions
• Evaluate data reporting tools and provide recommendations for real-time tracking of hiring actions
• Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and develop best-practice reports

Required qualifications

• Active Secret Clearance
• 3 years of experience as a data analyst with a focus on data mining
• Proven analytic skills in evaluation, analysis, and visualization of data
• Technical writing experience related to queries, reports, and presentations
