Job Summary
A multi-faceted financial agency needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Data Analyst.
Must be able to:
- Establish mechanisms to share insights with engagement center operations
- Collaborate with engagement center WFM and operations partners regarding insights
- Be a driver for change in the organization to improve the experience of interactions with customers
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
- 2+ years job related experience is required
- Experience working with PowerBI or other data visualization tools
- Experience working with Excel, Access, SQL and other databases
- Demonstrated experience in preparing, transforming and analyzing data
