Job Summary
A software development company is seeking a Remote Data Analyst.
Must be able to:
- Use data to create statistical learning models that depict trends in the customer base and the consumer population as a whole
- Use statistical methods to identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
- Identify and recommend new ways to create product value for customers through the implementation of new reports
Qualifications for this position include:
- 4-7 years of experience handling large data sets, relational databases and building statistical models
- Bachelor's or graduate degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, Marketing Research or Statistics
- Strong knowledge of and experience with reporting packages
- Knowledge of advanced statistical techniques and data mining concepts
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent pattern recognition and predictive modeling skills
