Job Summary

A video chat software development company is seeking a Remote Data Analyst.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Owning data analysis and visualization, and communicating the outcomes/insights to various stakeholders
  • Conceptualizing business issues or opportunities, formulating hypotheses and goals, defining KPIs and making recommendations
  • Identifying automation opportunities to drive scalability, improve efficiency and productivity of a global team

Required Skills:

  • 3+ years’ experience with Tableau or with analytical tools supporting data analysis and reporting
  • Experience in using relational databases for SQL queries, database definition and schema design
  • 1-3 years of advanced data reporting, data visualization, and executive dashboard creation
  • BA/BS in Mathematics, Engineering, Finance, or related field
  • Experience using large datasets
  • Experience working in a support environment (contact center analytics)
