A software development company is in need of a Remote Data Analytics and Business Intelligence Director.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Leading and defining the vision and strategy of data analytics & business intelligence team
• Designing and implementing analytics solutions
• Mentoring team on strategic analyses & career growth, and be a talent magnet that retains and attracts top talent

Required Skills:

• 8+ years of experience as a hands-on manager of a data science/analytics team
• 5+ years of experience providing business insight support for the executive team
• Experience leading large technical projects with in partnership w/ data engineering
• Degree in business, computer science, statistics, applied mathematics or other quantitative field
• Experience building out data strategy and team in a fast growth organization
• Deep knowledge of data models, data governance, experimental design, and execution
