Job Summary

A marketing company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Data Analytics and Insights Internship.

Must be able to:

  • Develop code for automated workflows that source, process, and convey data (Python/Julia/R)
  • Package code into reusable libraries and data science notebooks (Jupyter)
  • Configure various platforms and vendors (eg Google Marketing Platform, data.world, AWS)

Qualifications Include:

  • This is an internship for recent college graduates
  • Solid fundamental programming skills in: Query languages – SQL (or SPARQL), A general purpose language – Python (or Julia)
  • Solid fundamental programming skills in: Numerical computing languages - Python, R, Matlab, or Julia, Textual domain-specific language - Regex, Basic web programming (CSS, javascript)
  • Fluency with the core data science libraries such as: Jupyter, Pandas, Tidyverse
  • Fluency with Jupyterlab notebooks and their cloud counterparts Google Colab or Azure Notebooks
  • Proficiency with Git, Github
