Job Summary

An insurance and benefits provider has a current position open for a Remote Data Analytics Director.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Applying a unique balance of technical, data and analytical expertise
  • Providing strategic analytical input using new data assets and tools
  • Leading a data and analytics team in real business applications

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s degree in Information Technology, Mathematics, or Statistics preferred.
  • A minimum of 8+ years hands-on experience acting as a Data Engineer, BI Analyst or Data Scientist
  • Deep experience with analytics programming languages (SQL/R/Python)
  • Responsible for defining their team's analytics strategy in partnership with Leadership
  • Requires strong partnerships across key business areas
  • Deep experience with modern BI toolsets (Tableau, Alteryx, PowerBI, or equivalent)
