A medical technology company has an open position for a Remote Data Analytics Engineering Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Leading key engineering initiatives to improve overall engineering effectiveness and productivity
- Driving the execution and delivery of product features by collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Iteratively defining and refining development processes and engineering best practices as teams grow
Position Requirements Include:
- 10+ years of developing software products and managing software teams
- Understanding of up-to-date software engineering tools and processes
- Proven experience sourcing, hiring, and growing a software development team
- Broad knowledge of design patterns necessary for highly scalable, distributed architecture
- Experience building and managing a data team, preferably with hybrid data engineers and analysts
- Demonstrated experience in data modeling, ELT/ETL, and improving data quality
