Job Summary
A software solution company is in need of a Remote Data Analytics Implementation Specialist III.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Troubleshooting and resolving client issues directly or through a collaborative effort with other functional groups
- Serving as a training point of contact for designated group of new clients, including complex enterprise clients
- Consulting with clients to understand business requirements and deliver appropriate data analyst solutions to meet their needs
Qualifications for this position include:
- Knowledge of the long term and post-acute care industry
- Knowledge of healthcare informatics and analytics
- Minimum BA/BS degree or equivalent
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of professional experience in account management, project management, training
- Ability to manage multiple projects at a time while maintaining attention to detail and achieving quality outcomes
