Job Summary
A professional training services company is filling a position for a Remote Data Analytics Teaching Assistant.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Composing thoughtful and supportive emails to students in response to content-specific questions
- Hosting weekly office hours appointments using Zoom to answer student questions
- Assessing student project submissions against a rubric to determine an overall score
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Expertise in Data Analytics
- 2+ years of industry experience in the relevant subject area
- OR 1-2+ years teaching experience in the subject area or in a related subject area
- Familiarity with the topics, skills, and technical tools in the course: Tableau, Spreadsheets, SQL, Python (basics)
- Teaching and/or coaching experience required
- Coaching and de-escalation skills
