A technology company has an open position for a Remote Data and Analytics Director.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Providing executive-level guidance to strategic planning initiatives
- Ensuring team members have the data they need to be effective
- Mentoring and managing the existing data team
Position Requirements Include:
- Semi-annual off-site retreats
- 3+ years experience in a management role with a clear track record of team development
- Ability to communicate across teams to people with a wide range of data competency
- SQL (Expert)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, unstructured environment
- 7+ years experience in a Data/Analytics role
