Job Summary
A seniors service provider is in need of a Remote Data and Analytics Director.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a group of Sr. Data Analysts to deliver reporting and advanced analytics capabilities
- Create and oversee the technical design, build, and deployment of analytics solutions for stakeholders
- Develop a deep understanding of business needs and drive the adoption of the solutions that this team deploys
Qualifications for this position include:
- Significant experience in an analytical role and building domain intuition
- Demonstrated team leadership and people management ability
- Solving problems using data and providing business insights
- Demonstrated ability to deal with ambiguity and juggle between multiple priorities
- Experience constructing interpersonal relationships across teams
