Job Summary
A software development company specializing in marketing solutions is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Data and Analytics Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Acting as primary Finance liaison to our centralized Business Intelligence function
- Managing larger data projects throughout the project lifecycle
- Mentoring, coaching and supporting a team of analytics engineers to ensure their success and growth at HubSpot
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 8+ years of professional experience, with experience supporting the needs of a Finance organization
- Strong SQL experience and Data Manipulation and Visualization experience (R, Looker, Tableau, etc.)
- Experience working hands-on with large-scale data projects in a complex business intelligence environment
- Demonstrated background in working with data sets from disparate sources
- Experience managing and developing a team of data analysts/analytics engineers
- The ability to communicate technical issues to non-technical parts of the business
