Job Summary

A tutoring and test prep company is seeking a Remote Data and Contract Management Director.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Identify and track all potential revenue earnings for each account
  • Import revenue-related data into Salesforce from internal database
  • Design and write Standard Operating Procedures when needed to improve accuracy, efficiency, and usability for internal teams

Required Skills:

  • Ability to quickly learn new concepts and systems
  • Extremely detail oriented, prone to checking every last number and data point
  • Adept at using Excel for data entry
  • Knowledgeable of general accounting principles related to deferred revenue calculations and reporting
  • Comfortable running reports in Salesforce Lightning and navigating the Salesforce environment
