Job Summary
A business and technology consulting firm is filling a position for a Remote Data Architect in Richmond.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Create data models and xml schemas at all levels
- Integrate disparate data models into coherent enterprise data models
- Create data dictionaries and business glossaries to document data lineages
Qualifications for this position include:
- 5+ years of experience designing large scale data models for analytical environments
- 5+ years of experience as Data Modeler/Data Architect creating data models
- Broad understanding of Data Architecture and Data Management approaches
- Hands-on experience with data modeling tools
- Demonstrated experience in Conceptual, Logical, Physical and Dimensional Modeling
- Knowledge of BI tools, such as Power BI, Tableau
