Job Summary
A software technology company is in need of a Remote Data as a Service Customer Success Director.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Grow our Customer Success team in alignment with our strategic company growth as well as customers' needs
- Build, test, and continuously improve our Customer Success process
- Holistically define and track our Customer Success metrics
Qualifications for this position include:
- 7-8 years of customer-facing leadership, interfacing with executives and and a wide range of customer stakeholders
- Have built and led high-performing customer success teams before
- Bring great experience navigating customer organizational structures
- A master of empathy, care deeply about people, and understand our customers and their needs
- A passion for understanding and improving onboarding, growth, and engagement models for our customers
- A direct and proactive communicator, while demonstrating excellent written and verbal communication skills
