Job Summary

A travel and hospitality company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Data Base Analyst in Milwaukee.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Troubleshooting and resolving database problems
  • Establishing and maintaining communication with internal and external technology customers
  • Initiating & performing changes on development & production systems & proactively escalating any issues as needed

Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor's degree; or 5 or more years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education & experience
  • Five or more years’ experience with Database Administration for MSSQL Server versions 2008 to current
  • Must be able to work a rotating on call schedule
  • Experience with backups, restores and recovery models
  • Working knowledge of Always On High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) options for MSSQL Server
  • Working knowledge of indexes, index management, and statistics
