Job Summary

A software company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Data Cloud Customer Success Director.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Independently leading customer engagements from “go live” onward
  • Establishing and tracking engagement KPIs to demonstrate success
  • Identifying opportunities to add ongoing value for customers

Qualifications Include:

  • 8+ years of experience including consulting and pharmaceutical
  • And/or healthcare industry experience, including 3+ years of experience in engagement management
  • Experience with customer relationship management, content, and work management tools
