Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Directory Data & Content Analyst to support the auditing and updating of third-party directory listings.

Key Responsibilities

• Audit existing listings across multiple external directories and compare data against internal records
• Perform accurate data entry and updates while validating content and maintaining documentation
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify discrepancies and provide insights for improvement

Required Qualifications

• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; experience with project management tools preferred
• Experience working with large datasets and multiple systems
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Experience in marketing operations, CRM, or data management is a plus
