Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Data Engineer to design and develop data ingestion processes for big data processing.

Key Responsibilities

Translate business requirements into specifications for data ingestion processes
Develop and implement data pipelines to support organizational initiatives
Ensure data systems are efficient, scalable, and performant for data-intensive applications

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience building data ingestion processes and tools
5+ years of experience with DataBricks, Scala, Azure Data Factory, and SQL Server
5+ years of database experience with MS SQL Server
5+ years of experience in the healthcare industry with knowledge of data terminology and HIPAA protocols
BS in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience; Microsoft Azure Certification is a plus
