Job Summary
A software developer is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Data Engineer .
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Finding trends in data sets
- Developing algorithms to help make raw data more useful to the enterprise
- Providing clients with definite edge over competitors and promoting highest standards of quality
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in the field of Computer Science or Information Systems or a related field
- Experience in Data analytics Experience with Big Data technologies Experience in Python and R programming language -
- Experience in building dashboards real time and batch Experience with Distributed Data platforms (HDFS, Elasticsearch, Splunk, Casandra) Experience in working with NoSql and in memory databases
- Experience of Kafka and experience with cross DC replication Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- Experience with in-memory caches like Redis / Akka Distributed data Experience with CI/CD process - GIT (Bitbucket), Jenkins, Jira, Confluence Google drive suite services (Google Docs, Google Sheets, etc.)
