Job Summary
An accounting services company has a current position open for a Remote Data Engineer.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Participating in team on call and bug rotations
- Implementing and controling data access, governance and cataloging solutions for company s data
- Collaborating with data science and machine learning teams to power the ‘brains’ of our bank account and product teams to enable data driven product development
Qualifications for this position include:
- 2+ years of dedicated data engineering experience at scale
- Experience building and working with both real-time and batch data pipelines
- Familiarity with the AWS ecosystem
- Familiar with extracting data from different data stores and making it available for analytical and machine learning use cases in data lakes and warehouses
