Job Summary
A non-profit health insurance company is filling a position for a Remote Data Engineer III.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Be a champion or ambassador of metadata and data quality practices
- Perform analysis and research to support and/or develop glossary definitions
- Lead the development and maintenance of metadata catalogs
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent years of relevant work experience
- 5 years of experience designing and developing ETL and/or BI solutions
- Experience in the design, implementation, testing and deployment of database, ETL, BI and Analytical solutions
- Proven ability developing medium to complex data quality profiling or metadata analysis processes
- Proven ability to write complex SQL queries
- Proven understanding of relational database theory
