Job Summary

A software and systems engineering service provider needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Data Engineer in Chevy Chase.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Solve challenging business problems and build solutions
  • Interact directly with our client(s) to understand their needs
  • Design, write, test, troubleshoot, and document data transformations

Position Requirements Include:

  • Ability to commute to Chevy Chase, Maryland as needed
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and 3+ years of experience
  • Experience with Collibra Experience with Hadoop-based technologies
  • Knowledge of visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
  • Experience with Master Data Management (MDM), BI Reporting, and Datastax
  • Proven experience developing Big Data solutions in the Azure space
