Job Summary

A social networking website company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Data Engineering Director.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Building and maintaining data pipelines
• Collaborating across multiple teams to define and execute the data engineering roadmap
• Building our data warehouse to meet data quality and availability goals

Qualifications Include:

• Experience with SQL and multiple databases (MySQL, MongoDB, etc)
• Experience with data pipelines and data warehouse technologies in one or more modern cloud environments (GCP, etc)
• Strong collaboration and communication skills working in a fully distributed team
• Data aggregation and data visualization experience
• Knowledge of finance, marketing, and community departments
