Job Summary
A marketing and consulting company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Data Engineering Director in New York City .
Must be able to:
- Build and maintain robust and scalable data integration (ETL) pipelines using SQL, EMR, Python and Spark
- Write complex, highly-optimized SQL queries across large data sets
- Design and maintain columnar databases (e.g., Redshift, Snowflake)
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Experience owning features from design through delivery along with ongoing support
- Proven success with communicating effectively across diverse disciplines
- • Experience providing clear data engineering technical leadership, mentoring, and best practices for data management and quality within and across teams
