Job Summary

An e-commerce community and online marketplace is filling a position for a Remote Data Engineering Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Be responsible for recruitment, mentoring, supporting and retaining a team of outstanding data engineers
  • Drive the technical and strategic vision
  • Plan and prioritize the team's road map, and champion team projects internally

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Experience with cloud services
  • Experience building and supporting customer facing tools that make using and accessing data easy
  • Experience building and maintaining pipelines for data processing
  • Have experience building platforms or tools where the main users are internal customers (technical and non technical)
