Job Summary
A healthcare solutions company is in need of a Remote Data Entry and Customer Support Representative.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Answer emails in queue
- Manage trouble tickets from beginning to end
- Log issues and conduct product testing
Qualifications for this position include:
- High school diploma
- 1-2 years customer service experience
- 1-3 years data entry experience
- Experience with CRM or other ticketing system
