Job Summary

A pharmacy company is seeking a Remote Data Entry and Processing Pharmacy Technician in New Providence.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Calculating prescription dosages, accepting proper insurance payments, and verifying patient insurance
  • Reading, interpretation of, and data entry of all prescriptions into the computer system
  • Performing secondary billing and troubleshooting third party rejections

Qualifications for this position include:

  • High School Diploma / GED
  • 1.5+ years of experience as a pharmacy technician within a mid-high volume pharmacy
  • Proficient with a computer and Windows PC applications
  • Possess strong attention to detail and outstanding communication skills
  • Must have reliable wifi and laptop with audio/video capabilities
