Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Preparing documents for computer entry
• Performing fast and accurate data entry of insurance information
• Reviewing completed work by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data

Qualifications for this position include:

• Ability to process all incoming insurance certificate information
• Ability to keep excellent records through Microsoft Excel and Outlook
• Personal Computer Basics
• Type 10,000+ KSPH with accuracy
• Basic MS Office knowledge
• Customer Service, Listening Skills, and Phone Skills
