A wealth management system is filling a position for a Remote Data Entry Services Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Managing a team to ensure data entry tasks meet or exceed service levels and quality standards
- Conducting quality reviews to ensure accuracy and thoroughness of cases entered
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years of managerial experience in a Data Entry or Clients Services organization
- Working knowledge of financial planning concepts
